My son completed his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani, Goa and later went to Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden to pursue a master�s degree in Biomedical Engineering. He completed his PhD in Biomedical Engineering at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He is specialising in injury biomechanics, with a focus on improving automotive safety. He is now working as a Research Scientist at Transportation Research Center Inc., On assignment to National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Vehicle Research and Test Center, East Liberty OH, USA. We come from an upper middle class, nuclear family background with moderate values.
My son - Abhishek has completed his Ph.D. and M.Tech. from IIT Bombay. Earlier he completed his Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from University of Mumbai. Currently he is working as a Research Associate Staff Scientist at Oak Ridge National Laboratory at Oak Ridge, Tennessee in the USA.
